Sometimes a client does not have the capacity to develop and take forward good ideas and may ask me to lead or support a longer term development process over months or years.
Service Development work has included:
- helping to create and sustain a Children and Young People Involvement Network,
- helping to lead a campaign to make it easier for everyone to get outside
- writing and supporting the implementation of a Play Strategy
- holding the post of Operations Director for an outdoor education charity
- enabling vulnerable young people to influence a complex commissioning process
