I have been working independently since 1998 and established a limited company in 2004.
Previous employment includes leading the development of nationwide consultancy services for Centrepoint, offering housing rights advice, community psychiatric nursing and performing in interactive drama-based workshops.
I am a Registered Mental Nurse and BA (Hons) in English and Drama. I am a graduate of Common Purpose (1998), a member of the OXFAM Assembly (1994), former chair of Connection - The Floating Support Team, Vice Chair of Pegasus Theatre Trust and an Associate of Thames Valley Partnership.
My performance based work includes working with Dramatic Resources to improve presentation and negotiation skills in the corporate sector, Spanner Workshops to help health professionals with Breaking Bad News, Progress Theatre to explore institutional culture in midwifery services, Activate Theatre to offer training on safeguarding to health and social care professionals and Crossover Intergenerational Dance Company to demonstrate the potential for fun and challenge between generations.
